You must have hands on experience with Media Planning, Display, Video, Mobile, Search, Social and Cost per Acquisition Advertising. Programmatic advertising knowledge is a huge asset!
 
Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and strategy to ensure quality and integrity of all Media plans for Live Nation Tours across all digital channels
  • Support the Digital Media Department with buying activities for Display, Mobile and Video advertising with a variety of strategic publisher accounts
  • Prospect and contact new online media properties and negotiate campaign placements
  • Assist  Digital Media dept with preparation of media plans and execution strategies
  • Execute buys, prepare contracts, insertion orders, and reports on a regular basis 
  • Work with AP to ensure that all billing and invoicing is on track and that our accounts are up to date with our partners 
  • Possess a keen understanding of the digital landscape and stay abreast of new technologies and trends that can be incorporated into media driven solutions and business building ideas.
  • Work closely with Account, Creative, and Analytics teams to ensure work is strategically aligned.
  • Work closely with Tour Marketers to develop campaign budgets that meet the artist’s goals and objectives. 
  • Develop internal systems as buying patterns change and grow and new technology is introduced
  • Maintain the success of publisher relationships.  
  • Advocate internal process improvement and identify new systems to improve the media buying process
Job Requirements :

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2 years of  buying Digital Media is required; 2-7 years of cumulative experience in the negotiation of price and placement to ensure the best possible value for ads is ideal
  • Strong experience in all Digital Media with heavy experience in Display, Mobile and Video
  • In-depth understanding of Media planning, negotiation, and performance analysis
  • Knowledge of key reporting, analytic, and auditing platforms and tools along with their functionality
  • Strong research skills
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Time management and problem solving skills  
  • Ability to delegate efficiently and manage internal Media teams  
  • Strong interpersonal skills and positive attitude
  • Strong project management 
     
Physical Requirements/Work Environment
Sitting at a desk for extended periods of time, heavy computer work.
